CRM product packaging

What each customer gets, and where the upgrades live.

The CRM is built once and shared across every industry. Basic capture is included for everyone; the tools that turn it into a working system unlock as customers move up.

The four levels
Starter
Every paying customer
See what your receptionist caught.
The inbox fills itself from calls.

Run your leads.
Edit, note, task, import your list.
Scale / Pro
Top tier · one package
Power & automation.
Recognition, reports, team, rules.
Bespoke

Custom build, not a checkbox.

Included for everyone

Voice-AI auto-capture (call → lead)
Basic timeline / source view

CSV / manual import
Scale / Pro — power & automation

Bespoke — custom project

Higher tiers inherit everything below them. Scale and Pro are one commercial package (two internal names). Team seat counts ride the existing plan seat limit; usage quotas (import volume, automations) are limits, not separate switches.

The money line: Starter → Growth

Starter proves the receptionist writes down its own work. The first time a customer wants to change anything — mark a lead handled, add a note, bring in their own list — that's the upgrade. That's why the included part must never be an empty inbox.

Every capability, in plain words
Leads inbox + detail Starter
A tidy list of everyone who got in touch, and a page for each one. You can look, but not change anything yet.
Voice-AI auto-capture Starter
When the AI receptionist takes a call, it writes the person down in the CRM by itself. This is what keeps the inbox from being empty.
Basic timeline / source Starter
For each lead, a simple history: when they called, where they came from, what happened.
Edit lead Growth
Now you can change things — mark a lead as hot, handled, or hand it to a teammate.
Notes Growth
Jot down what you know: "called back", "wants a quote Friday". Like sticky notes on each lead.
Tasks Growth
Little to-dos on a lead — "ring them Tuesday" — that you tick off when done.
CSV / manual import Growth
Bring your old customer list in from a spreadsheet, so everything lives in one place.
Advanced caller recognition Scale / Pro
The system spots when the same person calls again and joins up their records, instead of making a new one each time.
Reporting / analytics Scale / Pro
Charts and numbers: how many leads this week, where they came from, how fast you replied.
Multi-user / assignment Scale / Pro
A whole team can log in, and each lead can be owned by one person so nothing gets dropped.
Automations Scale / Pro
Rules that do things on their own — "if a new lead comes in, text them straight away" — without you clicking anything.
External connectors / write-back Bespoke
We wire the CRM into the customer's own software so the two talk to each other. Custom-built per customer, so it's a paid project, not a switch.
